ABOUT BENEVOLENT BISTRO
At Benevolent Bistro, we are passionate about redefining the food truck experience.
Our dishes are chef-prepared with the freshest ingredients, providing a gourmet experience for all patrons, even those eating in a hurry. We take pride in our health-focused approach, offering nourishing options without compromising on flavor, and using packaging which is non-toxic, PFAS-free and recyclable.
Our mission is not only to delight your taste buds but also to make a positive impact in the community. Look for the highlighted menu items "righteous rolls" and "virtuous salads." For every one of those rolls or salads purchased, $.50 will go to charity.
Sales are recorded and shared with our host food truck court partners at St Patrick's Episcopal Church at the end of each month who take the donation total and donate it to the relevant charity.

During warmer seasons we operate at the food truck court, but take a hiatous from lunchtime operating hours for the winter. Year-round we are available for special events, including individual fundraisers for 501C3s!
Our business has been designed from day one to support local non-profits, raising money for a different one each month. Be sure to follow our socials to see when we are supporting a cause you feel strongly about, so you can give back with every bite!
